Introduction
Welcome to Easeforge. By using our website and placing orders you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, do not use the site or place orders.

Pricing and Payment
• Prices: All prices are shown in INR and are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing will be corrected and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
• Payment Methods: We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by third‑party payment processors; by paying you authorize us to charge your chosen method.
• Taxes and Duties: Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges are added at checkout and are your responsibility.

Product Descriptions
• Accuracy: We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. Minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur and do not constitute a defect.
• Availability: Product availability is subject to change; we will notify you if an item becomes unavailable after you place an order.

Order Acceptance
• Confirmation: Order confirmations are acknowledgements of receipt only and do not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product or expressly confirm acceptance.
• Right to Refuse: We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to deliver.

Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays or force majeure.
• Risk of Loss: Risk passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address. Please inspect packages on arrival and report issues within 5 Business days.

Returns and Refunds
• Policy: Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns Policy page. Generally, items must be returned in original condition within the stated return window for a refund or exchange.

Prohibited Uses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easeforge’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
