Return and Refund Policy

At Easeforge we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work so you can get a quick, fair resolution.

Return Eligibility Criteria
• Eligible items: Items are eligible for return if they are unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
• Exceptions: Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or missing parts may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
• Special cases: For made‑to‑order, personalized, or perishable items, eligibility will be stated on the product page; these items may have different return rules.

Return Timeframe
• Standard window: Please request a return within 5 Days  of delivery.
• Hidden defects: For defects not immediately visible, notify us within 10 Days of discovery and provide supporting evidence.
• How to start: To begin a return, contact us at easeforge.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process and Timing
• Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility.
• Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that is not possible, we will offer store credit.
• Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5 Business Days after we approve the return; additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.
• Partial refunds: If an item is returned damaged or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the item’s condition.

Exchange Options
• Same item exchange: If you want an exchange for the same item (different size or color), request this when you contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
• Out of stock: If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
• Price differences: Exchanges that result in a price difference will require payment of the difference or will be refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Product Handling
• Report promptly: Report damaged or defective items to easeforge.store@gmail.com within 10 Days of delivery and include photos of the damage, the packaging, and the order number.
• Resolution: For verified defects we will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the item. If we request the item back, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping when the defect is our responsibility.
• Urgent issues: If an item is unsafe to use, stop using it immediately and contact us for priority handling.

Non‑returnable Items
The following items are generally non‑returnable unless faulty:
• Personalized or custom items made to order.
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
• Hygiene items once unsealed (e.g., earplugs, certain personal care products).
• Clearance or final‑sale items where stated on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs
• Customer responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, or defective), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Prepaid labels: For returns we authorize, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs at our discretion.
• Refund deductions: If return shipping is deducted from the refund, we will clearly state the amount and reason.

How to Return an Item
1. Email: easeforge.store@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
2. Follow the return authorization and shipping instructions we provide.
3. Ship the item using a trackable method and retain the tracking number until the return is complete.
4. We will notify you when the return is received and when your refund or exchange is processed.
