• Order processing typically takes 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
• Custom, pre‑order, or made‑to‑order items may have longer processing times; any exceptions will be shown on the product page.

Delivery Timeframes
• Domestic deliveries: Estimated delivery is 7-15 Business Days from the date of dispatch, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.
• Express deliveries: Typically arrive within 5-12 Business Days from dispatch.
• Local pickup: Ready for collection within 5 business days; we will notify you when your order is available.
• International deliveries: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing; expect 30-45 Business Days from dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Shipping Costs
• Flat rate: A flat shipping fee of shipping cost applies to orders under 999.
• Free shipping: Orders over 999 qualify for free standard shipping (where applicable).
• Calculated at checkout: Exact shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method.
• International shipping: Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Information
• Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with the courier name and a tracking number.
• Use the tracking number on the courier’s website to follow your delivery.

Delivery Issues and Delays
• Inspect on delivery: Please inspect packages on arrival and report visible damage or missing items to easeforge.store@gmail.com within 5 business days. For hidden defects or functional issues, notify us within 14 calendar days.
• Delayed shipments: Occasionally shipments are delayed due to carrier issues, weather, strikes, or customs. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
• Lost shipments: If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your order, contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details so we can open an investigation.
• What we need: Photos of damaged items or packaging, order number, and a brief description help us resolve issues faster.

International Shipping
• We ship internationally to selected countries. International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Customs delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
